Please Note: We are manufacturers and make most items fresh. If your order says "processing", that means we are in the process of making it. Some items are delayed. If you need something by a certain date please contact us to ensure we can get it made in time.

You must call for expedited shipping. For example, if your shipping time says USPS 3 day, that means it will be approximately 3 days once we ship your order and you receive the shipping conformation from us. Please see production & shipping times below.

• Most Tack, Apparel, Accessories, Rope Cans & Bags will ship within 1-5 business days.
• Most Synco & Uoza Calf ropes will ship within 1-5 business days.
• All Python Polys and Team Ropes are made fresh. Call for an estimated delivery date for your specific order.
• All strings are made fresh. Call for an estimated delivery date for your specific order.

On international orders, please note that Duty and Customs fees will be charged to you by either USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. We have no control over this cost. Most International orders are sent USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified by the customer.
